Redesigned the complete digital presence of Bank Saudi Fransi covering the homepage, product pages, business banking, and customer journeys across both desktop and mobile.
Designed within strict regulatory and brand constraints.
Every layout, content hierarchy, and interaction decision was shaped by KSA banking regulations and BSF's rigid brand guidelines finding clarity and usability within tight boundaries.
Structured the information architecture to serve both retail customers managing personal finances and business clients overseeing complex banking operations without splitting the experience into two separate sites.

The Problem
Bank Saudi Fransi's existing digital presence wasn't keeping pace with the expectations of a modern banking audience. The website needed to serve two distinct user groups retail customers managing personal finances and business clients overseeing complex financial operations within a single platform that maintained the trust, authority, and compliance standards a major financial institution demands.
The challenge wasn't just visual. It was structural. How do you simplify complex financial products without stripping away the credibility signals that make users trust a bank with their money? And how do you do all of that within rigid brand guidelines and regulatory constraints that leave very little room for creative freedom?
That tension between simplicity and trust, between creativity and compliance shaped every decision on this project.
